Market goats are sold at $8 per pound live weight. A $100 deposit reserves the order and is credited toward the final balance. The remaining price is based on the goat’s confirmed live weight, and Lenkai Farms arranges slaughter. Your order can then be picked up or delivered within our service limits.
Our goats are pasture raised. Packaged cuts are processed under USDA inspection, and halal processing is available by advance request and confirmation for an additional $75.
Standard cutting into six large pieces is included. Customers who want smaller cooking pieces can request them for an additional processor fee, confirmed before processing and added to the final balance.
Why $8/lb?Pasture is the primary feed. Supplementation is measured. Groups are carefully managed. Goats are housed securely in the barn at night. The price reflects the work, attention and transparent handling behind every animal.

01Variable final price

02Deposit credited
Your $100 deposit holds the order and is deducted from the confirmed final balance.
03Balance timing
The remaining balance is due after live weight, processing method and any additional cutting fee are confirmed, and before the confirmed handoff or delivery.
04Fulfillment confirmed
Farm and market pickup details follow processing. West End Farmers Market pickup requires a confirmed Saturday and collection window. Limited delivery depends on location, availability and any confirmed delivery charge.
